SIP Niagara returns to Charles Daley Park October 5th and 6th, boasting the World’s Largest Caesar Bar and a few other surprises. Culinary mixologist Jeremy Parsons, who runs the event with Lizette Garcia Del Prado, was in the canteen mixing up some drinks that will be served that weekend.
