HAPPENING NOW:
Get in the holiday spirit in Downtown Paris
Emily Vukovic toured downtown Paris with the BIA, to check out four different spots that are getting in the holiday spirit.
Her first stop was at The Paris Wincey Mills Co., which is a market selling coffee, teas, pastries, sandwiches and more. The space is also a great place to work or host a meeting. The Paris Beer Company is also part of Wincey Mills. The family-run brewery is Paris’ first taproom brewery that grow their hops and rye locally. Stop by and try a pint or sit down for a meal in their restaurant and Biergarten. Then she headed to the very charming Bird & Bee Vintage to check out all the clothing and items they carry.
Her last stop was a very sweet place- Chocolate Sensations– where she sampled just a few of their handmade chocolates and fudge.
This weekend Paris is kicking off the holidays with their 16th annual Jingle Bell Night. On Friday November 15th from 5pm-9pm shop tax free, eat and enjoy the sights and sounds of the downtown, and watch the tree lighting at 7pm at Cobblestone Commons.
