A local window and door company built on family

Pollard Windows and Doors is a company built on family that is celebrating 75 years.

Norman Pollard and Frances Pollard came over from England in 1947 with the war brides and ended up in Hamilton.

The company started in a 400 square foot garage and started the family business of Pollard Windows, which was then taken on by Norman and Frances’ children. The business was then taken on by the third and fourth generation, who continue to evolve and modernize the company.

Emily Vukovic toured the facility to get a look at the windows and doors they design, manufacture and sell in Burlington, and what is new and trendy for your home.

This Saturday, May 27th, there is a big 75th anniversary sale from 9am-2pm. So if there is something you are looking for, that would be a great day to visit the showroom.
