400 Brant Kitchen and Bar gives new look to historic space

Shelly Marriage was in Burlington checking out 400 Brant Kitchen and Bar.

The space, which used to be the Queen’s Head Pub, has taken on a new updated look, serving made-to-go meals out of the front and a restaurant in the back, which is set to open the week of March 10th, but they are already accepting reservations.

Shelly got a small taste of one the chef Stewart Schmidt’s favourite dishes.
