Looking for quick and delicious recipes to make on Christmas morning?

Registered dietitian Abbey Sharp joined Annette Hamm on Morning Live to share two recipes you and your family will love this holiday season.

Both recipes include A2 milk, which is a type of milk suitable for those who avoid dairy due to digestive issues.

“Most folks will just assume it’s the lactose causing this issue,” Sharp said. “For a lot of people, it may actually be a unique protein found in most dairy products called the A1 protein.”

A2 milk is made from cows that naturally produce the A2 protein rather than the A1 protein.

She noted that A2 milk has the same beneficial nutrients and taste as conventional milk.
