A 46 year old Niagara Falls man is facing a number of child pornography charges and police say he’s been an active volunteer in minor hockey in the city.

Richard Mcsween has been arrested and charged with making child pornography in the written form, distributing child pornography in the written form and luring a child under the age of 18.  Investigators believe there could be unidentified victims or witnesses in this case.

Police say the following online user names have been identified with Mcsween, ‘TTR GONGSHOW’, “Tow Truck Rick” and “Rick Tow Truck.”

Anyone with information is being asked to contact police.
