Man taken to Hamilton hospital after vehicle crash

Hamilton Police are investigating a crash that left a passenger with serious injuries.

A 44-year-old woman was driving a car in the area of Gage Avenue North and Beechwood when a 33-year-old man in the passenger seat exited the car while it was in motion and landed on the road.

The man was taken to hospital.

Police say they are still looking into the crash to determine why the passenger left the vehicle.
