Man sought after woman held against her will in Fort Erie hotel for several days

York Regional Police is searching for a 54-year-old man after a woman was held against her will in a Fort Erie hotel for several days and sexually assaulted.

Police were called to the area of Major Mackenzie Dr. West and Dufferin St. in Vaughan around 4:20 a.m. last Wednesday.

A concerned citizen call 911 after a woman ran in front of his vehicle asking for help.

Investigators learned the woman had met a man at a bar in Fort Erie on February 8. She said she was then taken to a hotel in Fort Erie and held there for several days against her will. The woman told police the man drove her to a wooded area off Dufferin St. near Teston Rd. where she was able to get away and flag down a vehicle for help.

The woman said she had been assaulted and sexually assaulted multiple times between Feb. 8 and 19.

She was transported to hospital for treatment.

Police are searching for David Pressman, of Mississauga. He described as being six-feet tall, 260 lbs, with blue eyes and a long, bushy grey and brown beard.
