The History of Jewish Soldiers (Hamilton) in the Great War

The Head of the Lake Historical Society is pleased to announce that Dr. Jonathan Vance, a military historian, will speak on the history of Jewish soldiers in the Great War. The focus will be on Hamilton’s Jewish soldiers who fought in the Canadian Expeditionary Force in the First World War. The event takes place on Friday November 15th at the Coach House at Dundurn Castle. Doors open at 7 and the talk begins at 7:30 p.m. Admission is $5 for non-members, and free for members. Elevator access is available and light refreshments will be served.
