Lincoln man arrested after a decade of disturbances: Niagara police

Niagara Regional Police have arrested Lincoln man for harassing his neighbours in incidents dating back to 2010.

Police began their investigation in December 2020, in the area of Maple Grove Rd. and Lakeshore.

They discovered harassing behaviour as far back as 2010, with a number of incidents occurring overnight.

Ivan Zatelli, 55, of Lincoln, was arrested with the help of K9 units on Wednesday around 4:30 a.m.

He has been charged with the following:

  • Criminal Harassment (8 Counts)
  • No muffler on motor vehicle
  • Fail to surrender permit for motor vehicle
  • Fail to surrender insurance card
  • Unnecessary noise
  • No mirror
