Learn all about Muse and get your body moving


Tired of everything being virtual and not being able to find motivation to work out? All you need to do is find your muse.

Kat Clewley from the Hamilton Fitness Community wants you to train your body to do different movements without even thinking about things. As long as you are moving your body and are finding a feeling of empowerment, you are working out.

It could be as simple as tying your shoe, or picking up something off the floor, Muse can be done anywhere, anytime.
