The term ‘you are what you eat’ is true to this generation as temptation is everywhere. This mother-daughter duo are changing the routine and going vegan. Kelly Childs and Erin Weatherbie are owners of Kelly’s Bake Shoppe.

  1. I have tried many items at Kelly’s. The cupcakes are divine as well as the scones and brownies. SO happy to have a gluten free bakery so close to home. I also had the grilled ‘cheese’ sandwich at Lettuce Love when it was formerly named Kind Food. It was delicious! Everything is a bit pricey but to eat healthy you have to invest a little I guess. The washroom at Kelly’s is so funky….cool wallpaper and so clean.

  2. Every time I go there, the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgable.

    The food is delicious including the desserts. My friends and I find them a bit pricey and we would go there more often on a regular basis if they considered lowering the prices.
