Keep the conversation going and the wine flowing with Decanter Banter

First Published:

Looking to keep the conversation going and the wine flowing? We were joined by Samantha Krumholz, the owner of Vine and Vintage, to tell us about the new game, Decanter Banter.

Krumholz is the owner of Vine & Vintage which is a Canadian company. It creates wine experiences that focus on encouraging people to connect, have fun and interact with each other, while taking out the intimidation of wine.

She says she was inspired to create Decanter Banter because of how necessary it is for people to be able to “break the ice” and interact with each other at events.

How the game works

There are 50 questions and prompts in the deck. Each card offers a starting point to unique conversations, thinking big, sharing laughs and having fun. Players can spend one minute on a card or 30.

“We’ve been in such a time for the past two years that has been isolating and negative,” said Krumholz. “I’m certain that Decanter Banter really allows you to take it to a different place, fantasize and think big, have fun and be with those around you.”

The game can be found at DecanterBanter.ca for $19.99 CDN.
