We are continuing our countdown to the Juno Awards, which are taking place this Sunday at FirstOntario Centre. During Juno week, Liuna Station is the official party centre and joining us today are Liuna Station chef Amanda Steen and Canadian whisky ambassador Dave Mitton with some menu items you may see at Liuna Station.

Drink recipes
The ‘JUNO Encore’

1 oz. Polar Ice vodka
3 oz. lemonade
3/4 oz. raspberry liqueur
Top with soda water
1 raspberry

Add all ingredients to a Collins glass filled with ice and stir.
Garnish with a raspberry.

The ‘Headliner’

2 oz. J.P. Wiser’s Deluxe
1 tsp. McGuinness Triple Sec
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 orange zest

Add all ingredients to a rocks glass filled with ice, stir 15 times and then top the glass up with ice.
Squeeze orange zest over drink and then place it on the inside of the glass.
