June Jones is leaving the Hamilton Tiger-Cats for the XFL

The Hamilton Tiger-Cats have announced their new offensive Coordinator, as June Jones has left the team to pursue other opportunities.

The Houston Chronicle is reporting that Jones has been hired as head coach of Houston’s new XFL team.

The Ticats promoted receivers coach Tommy Condell to offensive coordinator. Condell is no stranger to this role, he served as Offensive Coordinator and Receivers Coach of the Tiger-Cats for three seasons (2013-15)

He spent the last two seasons with the Toronto Argonauts as the club’s offensive coordinator and receivers coach, winning the Grey Cup  in 2017.
