Housing minister disappointed after Hamilton city council votes against expanding urban boundary

Last Friday Hamilton city councillor’s voted down a huge expansion to the city’s urban boundary. The expansion was proposed by the provincial government as a way to deal with population growth. Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing Steve Clark joined us to discuss the decision.
