Homemade grilled corn salsa

Chef Dan Notley of Liaison College shows us a grilled corn salsa recipe that will have you savouring the end of the summer.



Ingredients ~

2 Cobs of Corn (grilled on the BBQ)

½ Red Onion (sliced and grilled)

1 Red Pepper (halved and grilled)

3 Green Onions (chopped)

1 Jalapeno (deseeded and chopped)

2 cloves Garlic (minced)

3 tbsp Oil

1 Tbsp White Balsamic Vinegar

2 Tbsp Sugar

Salt and Pepper to taste…..

Instructions ~

  1. Mince onions, garlic and jalapeno
  2. Remove the grilled corn from the cobs
  3. Combine all ingredients together
  4. Serve with Chicken, Fish and Pork Proteins.
