Protests close Highway 6 in Caledonia and Hagersville

Update: Highway 6 is closed at First Line in Hagersville for demonstrations. Traffic is being diverted to Second Line. OPP say traffic is heavy in the area and expect delays.

Another protest is blocking the bypass in Caledonia.  Highway 6 South between Greens Road and Haldimand 4th Line is closed in both directions.

The protestors at this blockade say they are supporting the Wet’suwet’en Nation and Tyendinaga Mohawk territory,.
