Hamilton’s locker room thief connected to a much wider crime spree across Southern Ontario

Hamilton Police are investigating a series of thefts that have occurred throughout Hamilton.

After our story aired on Wednesday, CHCH News received multiple tips from viewers claiming they are also victims of the same woman.

This afternoon, Hamilton Police put out a release naming Melanie Beskorowany as being wanted in numerous thefts around the city. We also received an internal memo dated April 10th sent to employees at Hamilton Health Sciences warning of Beskorowany, believing she has broken into lockers at several HHS locations. A news release from early April connects Beskorowany to numerous thefts at a North Toronto Hospital.
