Hamilton Police Raids Two Residences – Firearm & Drugs Recovered

A 23-year-old man from Toronto and a 38-year-old woman from Hamilton were arrested and charged Wednesday.

On Tuesday, shortly before 7:00am, Hamilton Police responded to the townhouse complex located at 10 St. Andrews Drive after reports of a disturbance.

Police received information that a male was inside a residence and possibly armed with a firearm.

The man then fled on foot and and was arrested shortly after that. The suspect was found to be in possession of fentanyl and heroin.

During the investigation, police learned that the two suspects had used two residences in the townhouse complex for the purpose of distributing illegal drugs.

Both premises were searched and contrabands, including a loaded handgun, a large quantity of drugs and over $8,000 cash were recovered.

Charged:

Crystal Murray – 38 years old of Hamilton
Kimani Salim Clarke – 23 years old of Toronto

Charges:Numerous Firearm Offences, including unauthorized possession of a firearm;
Numerous Drug Offences, including possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine.
