Hamilton police have released a photo of the vehicle they say was involved in a shooting in Upper Stoney Creek last month.

Officers were called to a home on Times Square Blvd. on Jan. 5 for an attempted daytime break-in.

Police say when the two suspects couldn’t get in, they fled towards a waiting vehicle.

A photo of that vehicle has now been released.

According to police, a citizen intervened and shots were fired. The citizen was not injured and is not believed to be the intended target.

Police are asking anyone with information to contact them at 905-546-2920.
