Hamilton man, 37, charged in hair salon robbery

Hamilton police have arrested a 37-year-old man in connection with a robbery at a local hair salon earlier this year.

Officers were called to a First Choice Haircutters salon on Centennial Parkway North shortly before 7 p.m. on Jan. 4.

Police were told a man armed with a knife entered the business and grabbed an undisclosed amount of money. He fled the area before officers arrived on scene.

No one was injured during the incident.

Steven Robertson, of Hamilton, was arrested on April 10 and charged with robbery and disguise with intent.
