Hagersville woman charged with impaired driving: OPP

A Hagersville woman has been charged with impaired driving while she had a young child in the car.

Haldimand County OPP and paramedics were called to a single-vehicle crash on Main St. N around 11:30 p.m. Sunday.

The driver and three-year-old passenger were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police say the officer who spoke to the driver detected signs of impairment.

An OPP drug recognition evaluator determined the driver was impaired by drug.

27-year-old Megan Mildenberger was arrested and charged.
