Graze on house-cured meat and cheese from Barton Salumeria

First Published:

Barton Salumeria opened about a year ago in Hamilton.

What started as a passion for curing meat and creating boxes in their basement turned into something much bigger.

Eric and Ikuko turned their side hustle into a full on business and now create grazing boxes and platters for all to enjoy, filled with cured meat, cheese and preserves from many small businesses in Hamilton.

Right now Barton Salumeria just offers take-out, but come summer, they will be open for dine-in either indoors or on their patio.
