Gabrielle’s Ride getting ready to roll

Here’s proof good can come out from a tragic loss. Gabrielle Ide Cinanni was only 5½ when she died of congenital heart disease. But her memory and enthusiasm live on in a fundraiser called Gabrielle’s Ride. It’s coming up Sunday in Oakville. Gabrielle’s mom Nikki joins us, along with Dr Gabrielle DeVeber – director of the children’s stroke program at Sick Kids hospital in Toronto.

Great fundraising for the kids, don’t hear much about heart conditions in them

You certainly don’t think of a young child having a stroke, let alone heart disease. What a great event to support.
