Funeral held for mother, 3 daughters killed in Brampton crash

First Published:

The Ciasullo family was laid to rest today.

37-year old Karolina Ciasullo, and her three daughters Klara, Lilliana and Mila were killed in a horrific car crash in Brampton last week.

While family and friends mourn, a driver has been charged.

20-year-old Brady Robertson of Brampton is facing four counts of dangerous operation of a vehicle causing death.

Last week, the Ciasullo’s Volkswagen SUV was struck by another vehicle at the intersection of Torbram Road and Countryside Drive in Brampton.

Under section 320 of the criminal code the maximum sentence for Brady Robertson if convicted of counts of dangerous operation of a vehicle causing death is life in prison, which some believe isn’t enough for the four lives lost last week.

A go-fund-me was set up following the tragedy.

Its initial goal was $30,000.

Its current goal is $500,000 because donations keep coming in, so far, raising just shy of $400,000.

Dale Manucdoc has the details.
