Fundraiser to be held for Holly the kitten after being thrown from a car

Holly, a five-week-old kitten spends three days a week at the chiropractor. Holly was found on the side of the road in Grimsby last week.

She had been thrown out of a car. A Stoney Creek resident stopped to pick her up and brought the kitten to the vet.

“4 paws rescue” took over from there but Holly suffered from brain swelling, a sprained leg and spine injuries.

The vet bill and chiropractor costs are high so rescue shelter is reaching out to the community for help.

The shelter is hosting a series of bake sales to raise money for her vitamins and vet appointments.

Even though it’s been a hard few weeks for the kitten, she is expected to make a full recovery in a couple of months.

Another fundraiser will be hosted on August 10th at the pet value in Grimsby
