Selected in the first round of the NBA draft, Burlington’s own Fiondo Kabengele put family first and attending his sister’s graduation on home soil.

The newest LA Clipper was also joined by his crowd drawing uncle. Seven-foot-two NBA Hall of Famer Dikembe Mutombo. Mutombo says, “I always going to make sure that I am there for my kids and my niece’s and nephews.”

Mutombo was at the Burlington Convention Centre for his niece’s, Biamba Kabengele celebrating Corpus Christi Catholic Secondary School convocation.
