France is at its highest level of alert following last week’s terror attacks at the headquarters of the French satirical magazine, Charlie Hebdo. And at least ten-thousand soldiers are expected to be deployed around the country.

As France continues to ramp up its security measures, there is new video emerging showing two of the terror suspects on the day of the attacks. And while the people of France continue to mourn the victims, Charlie Hebdo will try to restore some normalcy to the country by publishing a new issue of its publication Wednesday.

New amateur video revealed today shows the two brothers who gunned down 12 people at the Paris-based political satire magazine, Charlie Hebdo, last week.

Shot from a rooftop near the magazine’s offices in Paris, the video shows brothers Cherif and Said Kouachi getting out of their cars and firing at a police cruiser that’s backing up. Several shots can be heard.

A French police official says they’re tracing the financing source of the weapons used to kill the 17 people in Paris.

The news came hours after a Bulgarian prosecutor announced the arrest of a man with ties to one of the brothers suspected in the attack.

Tonight in Paris, a lot of anticipation of the imminent release of the next edition of the satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo.

They’re publishing three-million copies, and at newsstands across the world they’re taking lists because so many people want to reserve a copy of this magazine that usually produces only 30 to 50-thousand copies.

The latest issue will attract a lot of attention.

We’ve seen a sneak preview of the cover which has a picture, an image of the prophet Muhammad, which many in the Muslim world consider blasphemous.

Also Tuesday, French soldiers were seen preparing to deploy to protect Jewish suburbs of Paris following last week’s kosher supermarket attack. Around 47-hundred soldiers have been assigned to protect Jewish schools and synagogues.

Meanwhile, the investigation into the attacks continues as one more suspect is at large. Hayat Boumeddiene, the wife of the man who murdered the four hostages at the supermarket, is now confirmed to be far beyond the reach of justice. There is security camera footage showing her and a male companion arriving in Turkey more than ten days ago. Turkish officials say she later slipped across the border to Syria.
