Fatal crash on the 401

A driver is dead after an overnight crash on Highway 401 near Mississauga.

The OPP say a tractor-trailer was hit from behind by a car.

The car was torn into pieces by the impact, and the driver was killed.

The driver of the tractor-trailer wasn’t hurt.

An investigation is still underway.
