Family of the man shot and killed by Hamilton police are speaking out

We are hearing from the family of the man shot and killed by Hamilton Police earlier this week.

The 42-year-old was shot in a parking lot near Cannon St. E and Gage Ave. on Tuesday afternoon.

Police say they were investigating some sort of domestic incident and were looking for a man with a shotgun.

The SIU is now investigating.
