After a legendary barge in the Niagara River was dislodged this weekend, family members of the man behind the legend are seeking new ways to preserve its legacy.
The great-grandson of William “Red” Hill senior is beginning a petition to help bring a statue near the site of the wreckage to commemorate his memory.
