The 178th edition of the Norfolk County Fair is underway, running all week long until Thanksgiving Monday.  Tim Bolen was pretty excited as it was his first time at the fair and he had quite the experience, especially as it kicked off is when hundreds of local student gathering to compete in Young Canada Day.
