Former Olympic fencer Josh McGuire, who is from Hamilton, has opened up the third fencing club in the city after Westdale and McMaster, called Duel Nature Fencing. He is trying to bring something to the city that wasn’t around when he was growing up- elite coaching. It’s that type of coaching that has produced an Olympic fencer in the city, as Eleanor Harvey is heading to rio next month. And she just happened to be there training when Tim Bolen showed up.
