COVID-19 outbreak at Rebecca Towers grows to 107 cases

The COVID outbreak at Rebecca Towers in Hamilton is growing, with four more cases identified, bringing the total to 107. The tenant committee wants building management and the city to do more to get the outbreak under control, but their demands have yet to be answered. Matt Ingram has more.
