Copper crook killed in the act

A Welland copper thief has paid the ultimate price for his crime.

33-Year old Robert Fuller, was electrocuted and died instantly as he tried to steal copper plating from a hydro transformer box. As Lauran Sabourin reports, Fuller risked his life for a piece of metal that sells for about three dollars a pound.
