Waterdown man dies in Burlington motorcycle accident

Halton police are investigating a collision that took the life of a 19-year-old motorcycle driver in Burlington Monday night.
Officers responded to reports of the collision just before 9:00 p.m. at the intersection of Kerns Road and Dundas Street.
Investigators have determined that a Honda motorcycle was travelling east on Dundas when it collided with a Ford SUV that was attempting to turn left onto Kerns Road.
Authorities say the 19-year-old Waterdown man driving the motorcycle was pronounced dead at the scene but no other drivers were injured in the crash.

The SUV driver was a 56-year-old man from Milton, according to police.
Officers say two other vehicles were damaged in the crash.
The Halton police Collision Reconstruction Unit has taken over the investigation.
