Two charged, one still at large after violent home invasion in Norfolk

Police say two people have been charged and one is still at large after a violent home invasion in Delhi, Ont.
At approximately 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Norfolk County police and paramedics were called to a suspected home invasion on Ann Street.
Upon arrival, investigators determined that three people broke into a house and assaulted two of the occupants. Police believe that during the encounter, the intruders brandished weapons – including at least one edged weapon – and injured two people.
Officers say three people fled the scene in a white sedan. The two people who were injured were transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police were able to locate the suspects’ vehicle on West Street in Simcoe and arrested the driver without incident.
Shortly after 2:00 a.m. on Friday, officers arrested the second suspect at an address on Grove Street in Simcoe.
Kerri Ferris, 34, of Norfolk County is facing the following charges:
- Break and enter
- Assault with a weapon
- Assault causing bodily harm
Jahvon Lasalle, 25, of Brantford is facing the following charges:
- Break and enter
- Assault with a weapon
- Assault causing bodily harm
- Disguise with intent
- Failure to comply with probation order
- Failure to comply with release order
Ferris and Lasalle remain in custody and are scheduled to appear for a bail hearing on Friday.
Police are still searching for a third suspect, who is described as male and was last seen wearing black clothing and a face covering.
