Teen sent to hospital after serious two-vehicle crash in Flamborough

Hamilton police say a 17-year-old was sent to hospital Thursday morning with serious injuries following a two-vehicle crash in Flamborough.

Officers say two vehicles were involved in a crash in the area of Kirkwall Road and Concession 6 West.

Investigators told CHCH News they are still determining what happened and have not disclosed the types of vehicles involved in the collision.

Police say the teenager sustained serious but non-life threatening injuries and has been taken to hospital.

They say the traffic reconstruction unit has been consulted, but they will not be taking over the investigation.

Officers have not laid any charges at this time.
