Niagara police have arrested a 66-year-old man of St. Catharines Thursday, in connection with an investigation into the obtaining and sharing of child sexual abuse material.
Officers with the Internet Child Exploitation unit began an investigation in October, which led to investigators arresting Raymond Barlow.
Barlow faces charges for offences related to the making, transmitting and possessing of child sexual abuse and exploitation material, and for agreeing to or arranging to commit a sexual offence against a child under 16.
Barlow has been held in custody pending a bail hearing Thursday at a St. Catharines courthouse.
