Large debris caused heavy delays on highway 403 Friday afternoon.
All westbound lanes were closed between York Blvd. to King St. for clean-up.
Around 11:30 a.m. a transport truck lost its steel pipe load on the highway. OPP say the truck was heading westbound when it drove over a bump and eight, 50-foot steel pipes broke loose onto the highway.
The road reopened around 4 p.m.
