Guelph Line in Burlington reopened following police investigation

Halton police have reopened Guelph Line in Burlington in both directions after a brief closure Thursday afternoon as part of an investigation.
Officers posted on X just before 3 p.m. that the road between 1 and 2 Side Roads was closed.
Guelph Line has been shut down in both directions between No 1 Sideroad and No 2 Sideroad in Burlington for a police investigation.
Please use alternate routes.

They posted at 5:30 p.m. that the roads were reopened.
Investigators told CHCH News that they have not made any arrests, charges, or issued any warrants – they are not seeking any suspects and there is no threat to public safety.
