Ontario reports 184 COVID-19 cases, 14 deaths as province enters step 2 of reopening

Ontario reported 184 cases of COVID-19 and 14 deaths on Wednesday, as the province enters step two of reopening.
The reported positivity rate is one per cent, with the province completing 27,258 tests in the last day.
Ontario is reporting 184 cases of #COVID19 and nearly 27,300 tests completed. Locally, there are 46 new cases in the Region of Waterloo, 19 in Grey Bruce, 17 in Toronto, 17 in Hamilton and 16 in Peel Region.

There are 251 people in hospital with COVID-19 in Ontario. There are 271 patients who are in intensive care units with COVID-related illnesses with 181 of them on ventilators.
Another 268,397 vaccine doses were administered on Tuesday — a new daily record. Nearly 245,000 of those were second doses.
Over 4.8 million people in Ontario have received both required vaccine doses.
Another 322 cases have been marked as resolved.
