One person in hospital after morning house fire in Burlington

One person has been taken to hospital following a house fire in Burlington early this morning.

The blaze broke out around 2:30 a.m. on Stanley Drive just north of the QEW and damages are estimated to be $750,000.

Halton police say there’s no indication at this time of the fire being suspicious.

The Office of the Fire Marshal has been called in.
