Niagara police investigating fatal motorcycle collision in Lincoln

Niagara police say they are investigating a fatal motorcycle collision that happened Saturday evening in Lincoln.

At approximately 7:50 p.m., officers responded to a motorcycle collision on South Service Road west of Regional Road 24.

Investigators determined that a 2010 Harley-Davidson motorcycle was travelling eastbound when the 66-year-old male driver from Lincoln collided with a guardrail.

The man was the sole occupant of the motorcycle and sustained serious injuries. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Niagara’s Collision Reconstruction Unit is currently investigating the fatal crash.
