Message in a bottle travels from Canada to Scotland over a decade

Stumbling upon a message in a bottle may seem like something out of a movie, but for one young boy in Scotland, that dream came true. He discovered a bottle that had been released from Canada 13 years ago. It was part of a millennial expedition launched by the Institute of Ocean Sciences in North Saanich.
