Intoxication rule reversed by Ontario’s top court

A controversial section in the criminal code has been deemed unconstitutional by the Ontario court of appeals and has survivors of sexual assault worried that they’re more vulnerable than ever.

But a criminal lawyer insists that the ruling doesn’t affect their level of legal protection
