Hamilton man arrested after police find over 2 kg of cocaine in three searches

Hamilton police have arrested a 58-year-old man from Hamilton after three search warrants led to the seizure of over 2 kg of cocaine.

Officers say they executed three search warrants Wednesday at a home, a storage locker, and at a business as part of a drug investigation.

They did not say where the searches were performed.

During the searches, they seized: 2,336 grams of powdered cocaine, 671 grams of crack cocaine, 25 grams of a suspected cutting agent, and an undisclosed amount of Canadian currency.

Police arrested 58-year-old Christopher Hilts from Hamilton, and charged him with possessing cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, and for possessing proceeds of crime over $5,000.
