Explosive danger at Stoney Creek postal sorting outlet

The Hamilton Police bomb squad has removed what is being described as a large round of military grade ammunition from the Stoney Creek postal sorting plant.

Workers were not evacuated from the facility, and no one was hurt.

Police are investigating the device, and how it got there. Canada Post is also looking into the matter, and expects to make a statement later this afternoon.
