Etobicoke break-ins

Toronto Police are investigating three more disturbing break and enters in Etobicoke.

Over the past two years there have been two dozen cases of women, mainly seniors, waking in the middle of the night to find a man in their bedrooms.

In some of the cases, women were sexually assaulted.

Police say another break-in happened around 2 o’clock Saturday morning in the area of Brown’s Line and Lake Shore Boulevard.

They say in one case officers chased a man on foot, but he got away. A description of the man hasn’t been released, and police have not yet said whether they believe one person is behind all the break-ins.
